RETURNS
Returns & Exchanges
All items can be exchanged within 28 days of receipt. It will not be possible to exchange an item after this 28 day period.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
A €3 delivery charge on all domestic exchanges will apply should you wish Times Like These to deliver and exchange the product.
In the case of returns from any country other than Malta & Gozo, contact Times Like These within a week of receipt of items. We will send you a shipping label and instructions on how to proceed with your returns. Times Like These will not cover any postage and / or customs fees.
Once the return is accepted we will refund your purchase via Bank Transfer. Kindly allow a few days for transfer to enter your account.
Returns & Refunds
All items can be refunded within 1 week of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Once the return is accepted upon inspection of product, we will refund you via Revolut, BOV mobile or bank transfer ( kindly allow a few days for bank transfers). No cash refunds will be effected. Note that all refunds won't include shipping costs paid by the customer & postage to return is to be paid by the customer.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@timeslikethese.eu If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

PLEASE NOTE that sale items exchanged for a voucher and subsequently used to purchase new stock cannot be refunded. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to assisting you with any other inquiries and exchanges.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
Items must be in brand new condition and show no signs of wear with all original packaging, garment tags, and labels still attached. Original shoe boxes and other containers that products are sold in are considered part of the product and must also be returned in undamaged and unused condition. Items returned without their branded packaging will not be accepted.
We do not accept items that have been damaged by wear and tear, altered, or washed incorrectly (please check washing instructions on all garments before handling). When trying items on, please be sure they do not come in contact with perfumes, sprays, creams, or other chemicals, and be sure to try shoes on a soft clean surface.
EXCLUSIONS
Kindly note that we do accept the return of swimwear, but only if the original hygienic sticker and garment label (if applicable) was not removed and it’s still in its place. Please note that swimwear fabric may fade as a result of exposure to chlorine. We will not be able to exchange or refund items on the basis of discolouration through exposure to harsh materials.
We do not offer refunds on items that are on sale, go on sale from date of purchase to date of exchange and on gift cards.
Notwithstanding the aforementioned policy, Times Like These reserves the right to make any final decision in case of refund requests based on unique and/or extraordinary circumstances that might arise from objective difficulties during the return process. Times Like These also reserves the right to make the final decision in lieu of the returns policy and/or to charge an additional restocking and processing fee might additionally be applied for.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
